Jessica is a skilled problem solver and a tireless advocate for families and communities in Howard County. Currently, as a State Delegate representing Columbia, Elkridge, and Ellicott City, Jessica has tackled some of the most challenging issues facing our communities, including affordable housing, child care, and mental health.
Serving Howard County for nearly 30 years, Jessica has dedicated her life’s work to public service. With the chaos and cruelty coming out of Washington, we need a County Executive who will stand up to attacks on our community and Jessica is the only candidate with the experience to lead Howard County at this critical moment. Jessica will focus on making sure Howard County’s schools are the very best in Maryland and on making it more affordable to live here.
